The Yellow Door Gallery in Queen Street is a delight to visit. A project taken on by Dumfries architect Luke Maloney, it now has an amazing display of art from over 30 of the Region's talented artists working on the visual and fine arts, craftspeople, makers, poets, writers and their friends.
A place to view and buy arts, crafts and books made in the Region and a chance to meet and talk to the makers.

Unique art and teashop located near Keswick
Thornthwaite Gallery is a stunning gallery in the heart of the Lake District housed in a 200 year old Cumbrian bank barn.
The gallery displays the work of over 140 exhibitors. In addition to paintings, exhibits include furniture, glassware, pottery, photography, beadwork, silk scarves, greetings cards and books.
The gallery is located in the beautiful village of Thornthwaite, two and a half miles North West of Keswick.
A wonderful place to relax and have a coffee.
